About
Faith, Life and Community
Going through life can sometimes feel like a lonely walk. Add creativity to the mix, and that feeling can become even heavier. Creatives often carry many things at once, ideas, emotions, questions, responsibilities, dreams, disappointments, purpose, and pressure. All while trying to make sense of themselves and the world around them.
Welcome to Faith. Life. Community. A safe, honest, and open space where we get to pause, breathe, reflect, learn, relearn, and sometimes even unlearn. This is a space for conversations about faith, creativity, purpose, relationships, growth, and the everyday realities of being human. A space where faith is not separated from the creative process but becomes part of how we see, think, create, survive, and heal.
And no, this is not only for creatives.
This is for anyone trying to navigate life while holding onto faith. For anyone asking difficult questions. For anyone rebuilding, rediscovering themselves, or simply trying to make sense of the season they are in. Here, we make room for both the SENSE and the NONSENSE of life, the beautiful moments, the confusing ones, the laughter, the doubts, the lessons, and the growth that often comes quietly. You do not need to have everything figured out to belong here.
This community is built on honesty, reflection, grace, and hope. Not the loud, performative kind of hope, but the quiet kind that helps you keep going even when life feels uncertain.
So whether you are here to read, reflect, laugh, heal, question, or simply feel less alone, welcome.
You are safe here.
Warmly,
Vera,

About ME
Hi, I’m Vera Obeng.
I am an artist, photographer, creative entrepreneur, mentor, and most importantly, a woman constantly learning how to navigate faith and life one season at a time. I wear many hats depending on the day and honestly, sometimes all of them at once. Some days I am creating art, other days I am building businesses, mentoring women, taking photographs, writing reflections at midnight, or trying to remember where I kept my glass of homemade soda for the third time that morning.
Faith. Life. Community. was created from a very real place. A place of searching, growing, questioning, healing, creating, and trying to make sense of how faith fits into everyday life beyond Sunday sermons and perfectly curated answers. As a creative, I have come to realize that life can feel incredibly lonely sometimes, especially when you carry many ideas, responsibilities, dreams, and emotions all at once. This space was born out of the desire to create honest conversations around those realities.
Here, I share reflections about faith, creativity, womanhood, relationships, purpose, discipline, personal growth, and the sometimes beautiful, sometimes messy process of becoming. I believe faith should be practical enough to meet us in our daily lives and honest enough to hold space for difficult questions too.
My approach to life and storytelling is deeply rooted in authenticity. I am not interested in pretending to have everything figured out. I am more interested in honest growth, meaningful conversations, and building a community where people feel seen, heard, and less alone in their journey.
Professionally, my work spans photography, art, design, and creative education, but at the core of everything I do is storytelling. Whether through a camera lens, a piece of writing, a mentoring conversation, or a creative project, my goal has always been the same: to create work that connects, heals, challenges, and inspires.
This space is not about perfection. It is about presence. It is about learning, relearning, unlearning, and finding grace somewhere in between.
So whether you are here because you are a creative, a believer, a curious soul trying to figure life out, or someone who accidentally clicked your way here while procrastinating work, welcome.
You belong here.
Warmly,
Vera
